14-Day Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase
date. Absolutely no refunds can or will be given after 14 calendar days. Shipping and handling
charges occurred by ESLI Surveillance LLC are non refundable and may be deducted
from your total refund.
Any returns shipped to
ESLI without a
Return Authorization Number (RAN) CLEARLY marked on the outside the shipping box
will be refused.
All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork and manuals,
and in new condition.

If a return is accepted by ESLI
from the shipper, and after inspecting and opening the packaging we realize that
some items are damaged, modified or missing,
ESLI
will return the package to the sender.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted if....
...Damaged due to electrical surge, brown-outs, lightning, or other related
forces
...Damaged due to installation, abuse or mistreatment
...Equipment has been modified in any way
...Manuals, installation guides and/or hardware is missing or damaged
...Not pack in original packing
...Opened software. Exchanges only if software is defective from factory
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen
items. Insurance is recommended.

30-Day Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you
have received, we will accept your return for a merchandise exchange or store
credit only less shipping. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of
shipping.

All exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be issued by
filling-in the form below or emailing us at
returns@eyespyli.com.
Items returned without a authorization number will not be accepted for return.
If you return your item to an incorrect address we may never know your package
was returned, therefore it would void any exchange and we could not be
responsible for a lost package.
Please do not place a new order for the item's you would like in exchange
through our website without a coupon code. If you place a new order through our
website, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued
another store credit for your returned merchandise.
Please note: We do not honor exchanges for
any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen
items. Insurance is recommended.

Warranty Repair Policy
ESLI wants you to be satisfied with your new
equipment purchase. ESLI products are warranted to be without defect in
workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase and
our one-year advanced replacement warranty for a total of two years free labor.
Proof of a date of purchase is required when requesting warranty service. Your
Order Number
which is furnished with this product should be included to provide proof of
purchase and to assure receipt of important notices regarding your ESLI
equipment and related services.
In the event of a defect as defined above, ESLI shall, at its option, either
repair or replace the product free of charge to the purchaser, provided that:
1. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not assignable.
2. As a condition to obtaining warranty services, purchaser must at its own
expense deliver the product to one of ESLI’s service facilities. If purchaser
returns a model that is no longer in stock, ESLI reserves the option to replace
that unit with another model with comparable capabilities. ESLI may choose the
carrier for return of the unit, provided that purchaser may request an
alternative method of shipment.
3. This warranty is void if your ESLI product:
a) has not been operated in accordance with all procedures described in
the operating instructions;
b) has been serviced, adapted or modified without written approval by
ESLI; or
c) is improperly installed, used, or otherwise damaged (including without
limitation any damage by natural disaster or lightning, fire, smoke or water).
4. There is no warranty coverage for any of the following:
a) costs of removing or reinstalling the product when submitted for
warranty service;
b) incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from any defect
or failure of the product (except to the extent that applicable state law may
not allow exclusions or limitations on such damages, in which case this
exclusion may not apply to you);
c) any non-performance of the product due to an inadequate or improperly
grounding system;
d) routine maintenance, periodic adjustment or performance testing of the
product as recommended in the operating instructions; or
e) normal wear and tear on the product.
5. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR
YOUR PRODUCT. ESLI DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
6. This limited warranty contains the complete obligations of ESLI to purchaser
in connection with this product, and it shall supersede all previous oral or
written statements or agreements concerning such obligations. This warranty may
only be amended by a writing signed by an authorized officer of ESLI.
7. After expiration of the warranty herein, ESLI may continue to offer repair
services to keep your equipment operational. Please inquire for charges for such
services.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen
items. Insurance is recommended.

Upon receiving completed form, we will send a verification email to
the address you entered containing your return authorization
number and the location of our
returns department for your particular item(s).
Please return products via UPS, FedEx,
DHL or USPS, prepaid and obtain a tracking number. Insurance is
recommended for your protection. ESLI does not
pay for/or refund shipping charges (unless prior
arrangements have been made).
